Laurel Hill Ride

Randall and Debra Hagan and Michael and Sharon Lesner rode their foxtrotters at Laurel Hill Horse Trail two weeks ago. Great place to ride.

You can do about a three to five hour ride that takes you over some fairly good size hills, some great trails along the beautiful stream that runs through the park and good places to water your horse. The horse trail heads are very primitive with no restrooms so come prepared.

LIZ GRAVES "GAITED HORSE" CLINIC in August

A note below from our FoxTROT member, Heather at Orchard Cove Stables. A plug from me--if you ever get a chance to go and stay with Heather at Orchard Cove, you are in for a very nice and comfortable time! Hey FoxTROTters, I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather and getting to ride some. I wanted to give everyone a quick reminder of a clinic coming up at Orchard Cove. August 29-30, Liz Graves, who specializes in gaited horses, will be here. I really can't wait to meet and learn from Liz. This will be her first time here. The cost to ride is $250 which includes stalls and lunch ($15/day to audit). The maximum in the clinic is 14 riders. Wouldn't it be funny if we filled it all up with foxtrotters.
